My name is Briony and I run a small business called sausage dog stitches. I hand make all the items in my shop which are all dachshund related. I started making dachshund coats because I found it hard to find a coat that fitted and that wasn’t ridiculously expensive. My venture started out as a hobby after I’d retired from nursing but it’s now grown into a bit of a dachshund obsession I now own and adore 3 miniature dachshunds - Kaiser, Belle and my latest edition to the gang - Pluto. I am constantly thinking up new ideas of items I can make because I know from experience that dachshund owners are a special sort of person who love anything with a dachshund on it
